Ideal Freelancer
We're building a roster of top-tier freelance videographers who are more than just technically skilled — we're looking for creative storytellers who can deliver under pressure and think fast on their feet.
The ideal candidate:

Has Sony FX3 or FX30, with lens range between 24-70mm, MacBook compatible with 4K Footage,

Can shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality short-form content (reels, event recaps, BTS, etc.)

Has the ability to turn around content within the same day when needed — speed without sacrificing quality

Understands how to capture powerful moments that connect and tell a story

Thinks strategically about filming: composition, lighting, pacing, and overall impact

Handles last-minute requests with smart, calm problem-solving Is extremely detail-oriented — every shot, every transition, every frame counts
