Start by filling out our contact form or sending an email with a few details about your event or project. From there, we’ll schedule a quick discovery call to learn more about your vision, timeline, and needs.
Customized Proposal
You’ll receive a tailored proposal with package options that fit your goals and budget. Once you choose your package, we’ll send over a service agreement and deposit invoice to secure your date.
Planning & Prep
We’ll stay in touch as your event approaches, confirming shoot details, timelines, moodboards (if needed), and any location or special shot requests. We make sure everything is lined up for a smooth shoot day.
Shoot Day
We arrive early, work professionally, and capture everything from key moments to the little details. Whether it’s photo, video, or both—you can trust us to work calmly and creatively under any condition.
Post-Production
We hand-pick the best shots, professionally edit everything, and deliver your content through a private online gallery or download link. Turnaround times vary based on your package but typically range from 5–14 business days.
Delivery & Follow-Up
You’ll receive high-quality final files ready for download, sharing, or printing. We also offer keepsake USBs, albums, and optional add-ons for extended edits or future shoots.
